There are three separate meetings which you can registration for on the registration pages:

• 1st World AVM Congress: 18th - 19th September

• 20th Advanced Course: 20th September

• 36th European Society of Neuroradiology Annual Meeting: 21st – 23rd September

If you are wishing to book more than one option we are offering discounted registration fees via a number of registration combinations, please see the options below.

Delegate Fee

The registration fee for pre-registered delegates includes:

• Attendance at all scientific sessions and entry to the exhibition hall for the selected meeting/s

• Delegate bag and / or meeting material for the selected meeting/s

• Morning and afternoon refreshment breaks and lunch as published for the selected meeting/s

Social options relating to specific meetings registrations:

• AVM registration
Includes AVM Welcome Reception at the EICC

• Advanced Course registration
Includes ESNR & Advanced Course Welcome Reception at the EICC

• ESNR registration
Includes ESNR & Advanced Course Welcome Reception at the EICC

Does NOT include Gala Dinner Ticket.
These can be purchased for an additional £55 during the registration process

Visas

We are delighted to welcome colleagues from overseas to our conference. Delegates should be aware that for many countries a visa will be required to travel into the UK. For advice on UK Visas, please visit the UK Home Office and Foreign & Commonwealth Office website at www.ukvisas.gov.uk, for detailed information and advice.
This site features an on-line Visa Enquiry Form enabling you to find out whether you need a visa or not to enter the UK. If you do require a visa, the site will provide you with links to the forms that need to be completed as well as full contact details for your nearest British Embassy, High Commission or Consulate. Should an official letter of invitation be required for your visa application, this is available on request from the Conference Organisers for delegates who have registered and paid in full.

Terms & Conditions of Registration

Before proceeding with your registration, please read the following terms and conditions carefully:

Notifications of cancellations should be made in writing and sent to the conference organisers (In Conference Ltd). Substitutions can be made at any time. If you have been invoiced but not paid the fees, you are still liable to pay the cancellation charges below:

Up to and including 24th August 2012
Registration fee will be refunded less £35 administration fee.

After 24th August 2012
No refunds on registration fees will be made.

No shows will not be refunded.
