Accomodation

Accommodation has been reserved in a number of hotels within the city which are within walking distance of the Conference Centre.

In order to qualify for the special negotiated rates detailed below, participants should contact their chosen hotel directly, and quote the booking code detailed in the list below.

All rates quoted are per room per night. Please note that although special rates have been negotiated with each venue a limited number of rooms at a further reduced rate may also be available through various booking websites.

Rooms are limited for each hotel and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. The rates detailed below are only guaranteed up to 6 weeks prior to the conference, after this time rooms will be offered subject to availability.

July can be a busy time in the city and we would encourage delegates to book early to avoid disappointment. Credit card details will be required at time of booking as a guarantee to cover any cancellation charges. Please make sure you confirm with your hotel their cancellation terms at time of booking.
