Abstract Submission is now CLOSED.
Authors will be notified if their paper has been accepted for oral or poster presentation by the end of May.
Authors were invited to submit an abstract for oral or poster presentation online.

Presentation Guidelines
Oral Presentation Guidelines
Arriving at the Edniburgh International Conference Centre
On arrival at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre please make your way to the registration desk, which will be situated in the Strathblane Hall to inform organisers that you have arrived.
Speaker Preview
A Speaker Preview room will be available. Presenters must check in their presentation at least four hours before they are due to present. It will not be possible to check in presentations in the main lecture hall or breakout rooms. Technical staff will be on-hand to assist you. Presenters do not need to bring a laptop as presentations will be loaded onto a main computer. It is recommended that you bring your presentation on a USB memory stick.
Only computer presentations can be accepted. There will be no facilities for 35mm slide projection or overhead projection.
NB If there are movie clips included in your presentation you must bring the original movie files as well as the PowerPoint file, otherwise your movie clips will not run.
Presentation Timing
Please make your way to the room in which you are presenting in, a minimum of ten minutes prior to the start of the session. This will allow you to meet with the Chair of your session.
Keeping to Time
The programme is very tight and it is imperative that the sessions run on time.
Questions and Answers
There will be hostesses in all the meeting rooms with roving microphones to assist with the Q&A sessions.
Audio Visual Support during Presentations
There will be technicians in the room should any problems occur with the audio visual equipment.
Poster Presentation Guidelines
Poster boards are 1m wide and 2m high. It is recommended that displays do not exceed 1.5 m in length.
Authors will be advised in advance when their poster should be displayed.
